Privacy policy

Reservation requests. If you send a request through the form on our Reservations page, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, the date, number of guests, which space (the Club or Alfresco), and, if you add them, an arrival time, email address and notes.

Messages to us. If you call, WhatsApp or message us on Instagram, we receive what you send through that service. Those services are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply.

Technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Spam protection. To stop automated abuse of the request form, we keep a one-way code made from your IP address (it can't be turned back into the address) and the times of your recent requests. These are deleted after 24 hours.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Our fonts and images are served from our own site.

Maps are the one exception, and only if you ask for one. On our Visit page, the map stays switched off until you tap "Show map". That loads Google Maps, and Google may then set cookies and collect data under Google's own privacy policy. The Google Maps and Apple Maps direction links simply open those apps or websites.

We don't use your details for marketing, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell your data.

When you send a request, you'll be asked to agree to us using your details to respond to it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we won't be able to keep handling that request through the details you gave.

Your request goes to our reservations team by email. We also rely on service providers to host this website and deliver email, and they handle data only to provide those services. We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Our hosting and email providers may store data on servers outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Request emails are kept only as long as we need them to handle your request and booking. We aim to delete them within 90 days. Spam-protection records are deleted after 24 hours. The website itself doesn't store your request.

Our gallery shows photos taken at Destino, published with the agreement of the guests in them. If you'd like a photo of you removed, contact us and tell us which one.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below. We'll reply as soon as we reasonably can, normally within 30 days, and tell you if we need more time.

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, the request form only accepts submissions from this website, and request emails are sent only to our reservations team.
